With wife Carol, have lived in Orem and collected insects for over 30 years.
High School Biology teacher by profession, B.S. and M.S. degrees.
Member of the Utah Lepidopterists' Society since 1980.
Served as ULS President in 1983.
Member of the Lepidopterists' Society, Association of Tropical Lepidoptera, and Southern Lepidopterists' Society.
Specializes in Arctiid moth life cycles and distribution, particularly in Utah.
Additional interests in Sphingidae, Saturnidae, Lasiocampidae, and beetles.
Heavy in light collecting and photography.
Welcomes trading.
Featured in the Salt Lake Tribune in 2006.
